当サイトは、登録不要でご利用いただけます。氏名・メールアドレスなど、個人を直接特定する情報はお預かりしません。取得する情報と使い道は以下のとおりです。
1. 取得する情報
- 端末識別用のCookie：投票の重複を防ぐため、ランダムな識別子（np_vid）をお使いのブラウザに保存します。
- 簡易フィンガープリント：画面サイズ・タイムゾーン・言語設定などから作った短いハッシュ値（np_fp）をCookieに保存します。元の値は送信せず、ハッシュ化した文字列のみを扱います。
- 国・地域コード：Cloudflareが付与する接続元の国コード（CF-IPCountry）を、国別分布の集計に使います。IPアドレスそのものは保存しません。
- 投票内容：記事ID・選んだリアクション・投票時刻を保存します。
- 任意の属性情報：年代と性別をご登録いただけます。すべて任意です。未回答のままでも投票は有効で、いつでも「回答しない」に戻せます。選ばれた内容はお使いの端末（Cookie np_attr）に保存し、投票と一緒にのみ送信します。属性別の分布を出す目的以外には使いません。
- コメントの投稿内容：本文・投稿時の言語・国コード・端末識別のハッシュ値・投稿時刻を保存します。各投稿に出る ID:xxxxxx は、その記事の中だけで同じ方の投稿を見分けるための符号です。記事が変われば別の符号になり、記事をまたいで個人を追跡することはできません。投稿の扱いは利用規約・削除ポリシーに定めています。
- 通報の記録：通報された投稿のIDと理由、通報された端末のハッシュ値を保存します。同じ端末からの二重の通報を防ぐためだけに使います。
- 表示言語のCookie：選ばれた言語（np_lang）を記憶します。
2. 利用目的
投票の重複防止、反応分布の集計・表示、不正投票の検知、およびサービスの改善のために利用します。広告配信やプロファイリングには利用しません。
3. 第三者への提供
集計結果は誰でも見られる形で公開しますが、いずれも個人を特定できない統計値です。国・地域別の内訳は票数が少ない区分をまとめ、年代・性別の内訳は票数が5未満の区分を表示しません。また、属性どうしの掛け合わせ（年代×国など）は行いません。条件を絞るほど個人の特定に近づくためです。取得した情報を第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。
4. 外部サービス
- Cloudflare：ホスティング、Bot対策（Turnstile）、国コードの判定に利用しています。
- Google Fonts：Webフォントの配信に利用しています。
5. Cookieの削除について
ブラウザの設定からCookieを削除すると、当サイトの識別子も消去されます。その場合、これまでの投票履歴とのひもづけはできなくなります。
6. お問い合わせ
本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、サイト運営者までご連絡ください。内容は予告なく改定する場合があります。
Privacy Policy
You can use this site without creating an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any information that directly identifies you. Here is what we do collect, and why.
1. What we collect
- A device cookie: a random identifier (np_vid) stored in your browser so that each device votes only once per story.
- A lightweight fingerprint: a short hash (np_fp) derived from values such as screen size, time zone, and language. Only the hash is stored — never the raw values.
- Country / region code: the country code Cloudflare attaches to your request (CF-IPCountry), used for the country breakdown. We do not store IP addresses.
- Your votes: the story ID, the reaction you picked, and the time of the vote.
- Optional attributes: you may tell us your age range and gender. Both are entirely optional. Your vote counts either way, and you can switch back to "prefer not to say" at any time. Your choice is stored on your device (cookie np_attr) and sent only alongside a vote. We use it for nothing but the group breakdown.
- Comments you post: the text, the language you posted in, your country code, the device hash, and the time of posting. The ID:xxxxxx shown on each post distinguishes the same author within one story only; it changes from story to story and cannot be used to follow you across the site. How posts are handled is set out in the terms and moderation policy.
- Reports: the reported post, the reason given, and the hash of the reporting device — used only to stop the same device reporting twice.
- Language cookie: remembers the language you chose (np_lang).
2. How we use it
To prevent duplicate voting, to build and display reaction distributions, to detect vote manipulation, and to improve the service. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
3. Sharing
Aggregated results are shown publicly, but they are statistics only and cannot identify an individual. Country breakdowns group together any region with very few votes, and age or gender groups with fewer than five votes are not shown at all. We never cross-tabulate attributes (age by country, for instance): the narrower the filter, the closer it gets to identifying someone. We never sell or hand over the data we collect.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare: hosting, bot protection (Turnstile), and country detection.
- Google Fonts: web font delivery.
5. Removing cookies
Clearing cookies in your browser also clears our identifiers. Your earlier votes can no longer be linked to you afterwards.
