利用規約・削除ポリシー
コメント欄をご利用いただく前に、こちらをお読みください。投票だけをされる場合も、以下の「禁止する行為」は同じく適用されます。
1. どなたでもご利用いただけます
登録は不要です。コメントは、その記事に投票いただいた方のみ書き込めます。読むだけであれば投票も不要です。
2. 禁止する行為
- 特定の個人や団体への誹謗中傷、侮辱、差別的な表現、脅迫
- 他人の氏名・住所・電話番号・勤務先など、個人を特定できる情報の書き込み
- 法令に違反する内容、犯罪を助長する内容
- 他人の著作権・商標権・肖像権などを侵害する内容
- 宣伝・勧誘・スパム、同一内容の繰り返し投稿
- なりすまし、投票やコメントを組織的に操作する行為
- その他、当サイトの運営を妨げる行為
3. 通報の窓口
問題のある投稿を見つけられた場合は、各投稿の「通報」からお知らせください。理由（誹謗中傷／個人情報／宣伝・スパム／違法・権利侵害／その他）を選ぶだけで送信できます。
投稿されたご本人以外からのご連絡や、通報ボタンでは扱いきれないご相談（発信者情報の開示請求など）は、「このサイトについて」に記載の連絡先までご連絡ください。
4. 通報を受けたあとの流れ
- 異なる端末から3件の通報が集まった投稿は、確認するまで自動的に非表示にします。削除ではありません。運営が内容を見たうえで判断します。
- 運営が確認し、禁止する行為にあたると判断した投稿は削除します。あたらないと判断した場合は表示を元に戻します。
- 削除・非表示にした投稿は、その位置に「削除されました」「確認するまで表示していません」と表示します。投稿があったこと自体は消しません。黙って消すと、何が起きたのか読者に分からなくなるためです。
- 権利侵害のご申告については、内容を確認のうえ、必要に応じて発信者に意見を照会したうえで対応します。
通報が集まっていない投稿でも、運営が禁止する行為にあたると判断した場合は削除することがあります。
5. 保存している情報
投稿にあたっては、本文・言語・国コード・端末識別のためのハッシュ値・投稿時刻を保存します。氏名やメールアドレスはお預かりしません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
各投稿に表示される ID:xxxxxx は、その記事の中でだけ同じ方の投稿を見分けるための符号です。記事が変われば別の符号になり、個人を追跡することはできません。
6. 免責
コメント欄の投稿は各投稿者によるものであり、当サイトの見解ではありません。当サイトは投稿内容の正確性について責任を負いません。また、記事の見出しと出典リンクのみを掲載しており、記事の内容についても責任を負いません。
7. 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく改定する場合があります。重要な変更を行う場合は、このページに変更日を記載します。

1. Open to everyone
No account is needed. Comments can be posted by anyone who has voted on that story. Reading requires nothing at all.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Abuse, insults, discriminatory language, or threats aimed at a person or organisation
- Posting information that identifies someone: names, addresses, phone numbers, employers
- Unlawful content, or content that encourages crime
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, or likeness rights
- Advertising, solicitation, spam, or repeating the same post
- Impersonation, or coordinated manipulation of votes or comments
- Anything else that obstructs the running of this site
3. How to report
If you find a problem post, use the Report link on it. You only need to pick a reason: abuse, personal information, spam, unlawful content, or something else.
For matters the report button cannot handle — such as a request to disclose sender information — please contact the operator using the details on the About page.
4. What happens after a report
- A post reported by three separate devices is hidden automatically pending review. It is not deleted. A human looks at it and decides.
- Posts found to breach the rules are removed. Posts found not to breach them are restored.
- Removed or hidden posts leave a marker in place saying so. We do not erase the fact that a post existed, because silent deletion leaves readers unable to tell what happened.
- For rights infringement claims we review the report and, where appropriate, seek the poster's view before acting.
We may also remove posts that breach the rules even when nobody has reported them.
5. What we store
For each post we store the text, language, country code, a hash used to identify the device, and the time of posting. We do not collect names or email addresses. See the privacy policy for detail.
The ID:xxxxxx on each post distinguishes the same author within one story only. It changes from story to story and cannot be used to follow a person around.

Comments are the views of the people who wrote them, not of this site. We take no responsibility for their accuracy. We publish only headlines and links to the source, and take no responsibility for the content of the articles themselves.
